Stacy Gallot is the Assistant General Manager for Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood.
Originally from New Orleans, LA, Stacy began her gaming career as a Dealer at Harrah's Casino in 1999. She has also worked in Atlantic City, NJ and Lave Vegas, NV. Stacy joined Seminole Gaming in 2008, where she held various roles beginning with Dual Rate Floor/Pit Manager and Director of Casino Administration with Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. She was a very proud and active member of the Tampa community supporting organizations and events like the Metropolitan Ministries, Paint Your Heart Out, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, and the Pride Parades. Stacy was also a key member of the opening teams for various properties including, Ottawa, Brighton, Atlantic City, and Sacramento, where she ultimately accepted a role as Director of Table Games and shortly after was promoted to Vice President of Table Games. However, in 2021, when the opportunity opened for the Vice President of Table Games in Tampa, she couldn’t resist and rejoined the team she began her Hard Rock career with in 2008.
When she’s not at work, Stacy enjoys decorating her house, which she has become a bit of an expert at since this will be her third move with the organization in the last four (4) years. Stacy watches very little football, or any sport, but successfully predicted every winner of the 2022 NFL playoffs. Friends and co-workers waited in anticipation for her Super Bowl prediction. The day prior, she said the Kansas City Chiefs would win, despite wanting the Philadelphia Eagles to be champions. She has since retired from making predictions and decided to end on a high note.
